Practical and inspiring!
This book is worth every penny if you're designing your garden. It gives good advice and inspiration. Best of all are the plant and shrub lists: plants that have an extra in more than one season. One of the main advice in this book: if you have a small garden, choose shrubs that stay relatively small/medium and are special. This book guides you through deciding.
Mum liked it!!
Seriously, when someone has a thousand gardening books already, you know its a good one when it gets high praise as this did.
Got a small garden? Buy this.
