Excellent for both adults and children alike.
This book is, as it's title says, really useful. Not just a list of facts but helpful hints and tips. My 9 year old read it from cover to cover before our guinea pigs arrived and she's putting the facts into practice! I have found the book useful as a reference guide and the illustrations are very cute!

The Best Guinea Pig Book for Beginners
Myra Mahoney's book gives you plenty of information about the care of guinea pigs. It is an excelllent refence for new and more experienced guinea pig owners alike. It was the first guinea pig book I bought when I started keping them five years ago and I still use it for reference. It's worth buying just for the cartoon pictures which get across some important messages in a humerous way.
