Full of excellent ideas
If you want a inspiration for a wedding cake that is a little different then this is the book for you. It's easy for beginners to understand and the techniques are laid out in a clear step-by-step manner. The examples included are lovely - even if you never make a cake, it's a nice book to have and pour over.

I had never made a wedding cake, but managed to produce a very different, conteporary cake for my own wedding day. Easy!
