Colourful and Informative
The photographs in this book are outstanding and the layout of the book is superb, giving the conditions that the plants should be grown in, and how to propagate the plants. It tells you how and when to feed the plants and some of the problems you may encounter with them. It also gives the flowering season and whether the plants require full sun or partial shade.

For the serious collector of these wonderful plants it may fall a little short in the number of species it describes, but the information for the plants is well laid out and comprehensive, better in fact than some of the so called advanced volumes. All in all it is a very good book and worthy of addition to the libraries of cacti collectors.
