Detailed guide to dip in and out of
I've got Live and Work in France and this is also clear and informative. I particularly like the maps and the 'in brief' sections on business etiquette - there's also loads of local's tips and clearly laid out and useful information. I found the page of essential phone numbers particularly helpful (I'm awful at remembering things like taxi numbers!). Definitely the most comprehensive guide I've found on the subject.
