Disappointing2
Firstly let me start by saying I love rough guides, much better than the rest in my opinion. I have bought dozens of them and they are of a consistently high standard.

This version was a real let down, this is the second visit to ibiza, I have the mini rough guide for ibiza (published I think in 2003) which I took for my last trip and I thought I'd buy an updated one as this is newly released. This is essentially a cut down version of the other one, the majority of the book is a direct lift from the ond one with no update. You'd be far better buying the other rought guide ibiza book than this 'directions' edition.

My real gripe however are the directions to places listed, which are shocking, we have tried to get to several places listed and each time the directions were so bad that they were virtually worthless and at best sent you on a wild goose chase.

I would advise anyone not to bother with this edition, please buy the other rough guide to Ibiza!

A Fanstatic 'Must have' guide - Whatever you are looing for in Ibiza5
Whoever you are, whatever your age or demographic this guide will help you discover the real Ibiza. Extensive listing of all the clubs (for ALL tastes), beaches (family - nudist) from secluded coves to party beaches, great recommendations for Vineyards & in-land towns full of interesting sights.
I couldn't find any good recommendations when I bought this guide, don't think twice its well worth the fiver. As long as you are prepared to travel around this little book is full of some real gems. We went for a family holiday for 1 week in April - with the benefit of a hire guide - this guide was my bible for the week.
I would definitely recommeds a trip to Sn Gertrudis, Benirras Beach and the flea market at the Hippodrome on Saturday morning.

Easy to read guide3
Good guide on Ibiza... Especially as I found it hard to find one. Good information on all aspects of the island (not just clubbing!) with lots of photos. Would definitely recommend it.
