A must for beginners and experienced alike
Even if you are just starting out knitting in 1:12 scale or an experience knitter this is a must have book.

There are 40 knitting patterns covering items for babies, children, adults and the miniature home.

An experienced knitter could easily adapt the patterns to suit different eras.

Using stranded embroidery threads (much easier to find than 1 ply wool) give the items a finish in scale with 1/12 miniatures.

If you are just starting out knitting at this scale this book is a must, it maybe the only book you'll need on the subject.

Lots of patterns but only for the dedicated knitter
This book has lots of attractive patterns, mainly clothes and it is a bit heavy on the baby patterns. There are not many patterns for furnishings or other bits. But be warned, only try them if you are an experienced knitter, have lots of patience and good eyesight and are able to use very fine needles and yarn or you are in for a lot of frustration!
