Very tasting salads, fast & easy to make
So far I have only attempted the chinese barbeque pork & noodle salad, but I am very impressed with this easy to follow recipe book.

It is full of great ideas, the instructions are easy to follow, and... it is great value.

This makes salads interesting and tasty, and will help me to become a healthier cook for my family.

Variety of recipies
I was a bit disappointed at first but now I love this book, great variety of healthy salads you will not get bored of. The instructions are easy to follow and there are beautiful pictures. Some of the ingredients have different names to what we call them in the UK and a few have been difficult to find but you can easily substitute for a similar product. I never knew it was so easy to make mayonnaise. I'll never but the jar stuff again.
