Easy cooking with tasty results!5
This is one of the most successful Australian Women's Weekly Cookbook ventures. The versatile and tasty potato is here seen in all its glory, as a starter, in salads or soups, an accompaniment, or as a main course. The recipies are easy to make, don't take long to cook, and the igredients easy to find - most of them you would have in your kitchen any day. What makes this an even better book is that it also offers low-fat versions with each recipe, telling you what to substitute to make it low-fat for the calorie conscious (calories are given per serving). In addition, there is a "potato identification guide," explaining the various types of potatoes and their best uses. Finally, a glossary is also provided, as well as a page of helpful conversion figures, measurements and oven temperatures. You can't possibly go wrong with this book in your kitchen!

Dissapointing1
I'm buggered if I know what this has to do with potatoes. Yeah, there are potatoes in the recipes, but this isn't a guide to cooking with potatoes.
