Brilliant!
Just bought this book and it's absolutely brilliant. If, like me, you love making cakes but are not up to and don't have time for the sugar-art more tricky types then this is a fabulous book to own. Over 120 easy ideas and the patterns are included - some of the 'sweeties' have to be substituted with UK versions but lots of time saving/'cheating' tips too. Will definitely recommend to all my friends - 10/10!

Lamentable failure to deliver
I have no idea whether this item is any good because Amazon's preferred delivery company failed twice to deliver it to my work address -- which is a large educational institution, staffed 24 hours a day, with a large and efficient postroom, manned from 7 in the morning until 7 at night. The company claims "delivery address unavailable", which is odd since I get post there every day, including parcels.

AWESOME
I am SO happy with this book. I particularly bought it so that I could make my daughter a 1st birthday cake in the shape of a 1 (which I did and I am VERY proud of) but there are just SO many cakes in there that the book will just be useful for so long and I am already trying to invent occasions that I will be able to bake more cakes for!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this book to ANYONE!! BRILLIANT
