Great little cook book
A small but perfectly formed little book with some easy to follow tasty receipes for those in the Moroccan phase.
Tagine dishes
A handy quick reference collection of tagine dishes. Practical recipes using easily obtainable ingrediants. Well adapted for the western palatte. Enjoy.

Where's the tagine?
Unfortunately I bought this in the hope it would show me how to use my tagine(a gift) but it doesn't! It does instruct you how to make dishes called tagines. Very disappointed :-(
