expands your mind and consciousness
This work dovetails well with works by Barbara Marcinak, Lyssa Royal and Amorah Quan Yin. Look to expand the horizons of your thought and consciousness, take what really resonates with you and with your previous studies, and enjoy. Her workshops also use this material. The author is both highly intelligent and intuitive, and has also done her research.

Thought-provoking, but too abstract at times
The thing that bothered me about this otherwise wonderful book, was that too many different beings were 'cannneled'. Diabolical forces are extremely clever and I was left wondering if maybe a few might have contributed to this work ! Much of the information is more clearly represented in other non-channeled books by Greg Bradden, Bob Frissell, and Moira Timms. I would suggest reading their works first - then comming back to this one.
