New House plan
This book has a focus on larger properties, a square footage of 1300 and above.
The style and design are aimed very much at the American market with few houses being suitable for the UK.

There are some good ideas for design and finish for the exterior of properties, however floor plan for some properties are less than optimized.

One plan in particular for a 1600sqFT property contained just three bedrooms but a triple car garage. Due to pitched roof design there was vey little useable space on the second floor.
