Don't bother
With great expectations I opened the book, only to discover that it contained the non-existent "blank rune", several crucial mis-spellings and one instance of a rune being completely incorrectly drawn. Some of the parallels drawn with other scripts are laughable. This is obviously a case of 'jumping on the New Age bandwagon'. Don't waste your money!
One of the worst, so far
I never expected to come across a book on runes less researched than Blum's, but here we are. There is nothing going for it, unless you like New-Age imaginative writing for its own sake. The author may just as well be writing about any bunch of marks on some tiles or cards. There is little attempt to connect this system with the actual historical runes.
