Beautiful
Beautiful is the only word that I can think of that truly sums up this fantastic album.
Gorgeous melodies and instrumentals whisk you off to a dreamlike state, where the music washes over you like the swelling of the tide.
The perfect amalgamation of emo and post-rock in my opinion.
For fans of Sigur Ros, Mogwai, Jeniferever, the Appleseed Cast.

beautiful... unique... amazing!
i can't name one person who doesn't enjoy this music. some call it emo, some call it shoegazer... it's basically very emo influenced mellow 90% non distortion rock music. lots of odd time signaturesm a few tempo changes, but not busy. very emotional, and simply beautiful... check it out.

On The Fence...
I'm still really "hmmm" about this album.
It has some pretty sweet tracks... then some whiny ones which I simply can't get into and end up skipping.
I think you really, really have to be into this type of "mellowed-out-emo-rock" whatever it's called music to appreciate AF, which I'm kind of not and I kind of think that's why I'm missing the point!
The music is uplifting, but not fantastic. But in this case I think it's really down to personal choice and reviews should not stop you purchasing or checking out what could be a great band for you!
