This lace border punch is really pretty and a very good price from Amazon. It embellishes and finishes off any card or craft item you make.

Friskars Eyelet Lace Border Punch2
This punch gave a nice boarder but was not as easy to use as I thought it would be - it takes a bit of a 'knack' to line it up correctly (it only does a short pattern per cut and you have to align the next one up. The cut off scalloped edge kept getting caught in the cutter and the paper tore severall times. I would not recommend giving it to a child to use!
