thirty three (33) years of government service plus extensive
training in Ohio's Correctional Academies.

Mr. Lander has formulated a recipe for a remedy that
not only covers the criminal aspect of American culture,
but will impact all of the problems concerning American
multiculturism in a way similar to that experienced
by past generations that migrated to this country during
the last 150 years.
