The doctor and Martha arrive in New York, in the 1930's, where the city is in the depths of depression Era america. Hundreds of dispossessed live in central park, in a shantytown called Hoovervillie, many of whom are disappering into sewers, never to be seen again. Meanwhile, a project to build a special mast atop the under-construction Empire state building is being overseen by the power-hungry Mr Diagoras, who is in league with the four Daleks that make up the cult of skaro who escaped the battle of Canary Wharf. The dalexs are trying to build a newer army, better, stronger and more victorious than ever before, as well as experimenting on kidnapped humans, turning them into special hybrid pig-men. A missing stagehand at a local theatre brings the Doctor and Martha right to the Dalek's underground transgenic lad and the audacity of the dalek's newest plan shocks even the time lord..........

Mr pee-pee head does good!
For one of the stupidest concepts the new version of Doctor Who has thrown at us this is one of my favourite of Character Options 12" figures. I cannot express how ridiculous and offensive I found him on telly. Ruined the story, dented my enjoyment of the third season, and generally killed 30+ years of good will.

Yet it's a darned cool toy. He is dead spiffy in his almost zoot suit and comes off a lot better than on telly. The tailoring o nthe suit is great for a mass market toy. Yeah, the RRP almost knocks it up into Sideshow's arena and it really doesn't equate, but for a smaller company it was outstanding work. I am very sad the line never continued, having bought every figure!

Why does Amamzon insist on you listing the educational value of these items? Cause I truely do not see the educational value of a Human-Dalek hybrud in a 30's gangster outfit! Unless you want to study tailoring for the foot high!
