	Abs Blast - Women [DVD] by Abs Blast - in 12 Minutes a Day Terrible! No sweat and no burn! I did 2 of 3 sections and didn't feel the burn nor break a sweat! If you really want a good just abs workout buy Perfect Abs instead.
	The Biggest Loser Workout, Vol. 2 [DVD] [2006] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC] Buy used from: £5.21 Also good but not as good as the first volume! Lots and lots of squats and lunges and in my opinion not enough cardio work!
	Claire Sweeney - Perfect Fit With Weight Watchers [DVD] [2007] Buy used from: £2.49 Terrible! Very confusing and not very effective! Forget it!
	Cindy Crawford - Shape Your Body Workout [DVD] [1992] Buy used from: £4.95 Purely muscle work and toning and no cardio work. Effective I guess but not very fun! Also it's a bit old and dated.
	Beverley Callard - Rapid Results [DVD] [1996] Buy new: £5.98 Very dull and dated workout, this is mainly muscle work with a tiny bit of cardio, almost zero sweat.
	10 Minute Solution - Carb And Calorie Burner [DVD] by 10 Minute Solution Buy new: £7.08 / Used from: £3.49 One of the best videos I have come across....very fast, high impact and practical!
	10 Minute Solution - Kickbox Bootcamp [DVD] by 10 Minute Solution Buy new: £7.18 / Used from: £5.99 Don't like this one! Pure muscle work and too fast pace! The instructor looks like a man and that disturbes me!
	CD:UK Dance Workout [DVD] Buy used from: £1.00 My new favorite! Very difficult dance routines! Need some gos to master! Only for challenge lovers!
	Bollywood Workout [DVD] [2002] Buy new: £3.98 / Used from: £3.94 Still haven´t time and pacience to do this one properly! Saw some some minutes and gave up! Looked dull!
	Urban Workout [DVD] Buy new: £11.18 / Used from: £7.84 Similar in concept to CD:UK! Not as fun and hard as it but still has some great moves! Also gonna need some patience to learn all the moves! Good for those who prefer dance routines.
