An excellent product
I ordered the kit on Monday night and it was delivered by Royal Mail on the Wednesday morning. A very impressive and quick delivery, especially in December. I was not disappointed to discover there was no Treo(!), but impressed at such a slick product and easy to install. Registering the software was tedious with typing in three sequencial security codes, but using the internet to activate the software was easy enough. The GPS receiver is about half the size of the Treo 680. The arm/support is OK, but a little clumsy. It's a shame it only has adjustment in the vertical, i.e. no sideways/pivoting adjustment. All-in-all, an excellent, good value product.

No Palm inside!
Just be careful, when buying it, because there's no information that the Palm is not included. On photos you can see beautiful Palm Treo 680... this is very poor customer service! I'm disappointed. There is no item description whatsoever and no box content so it's very misleading!

Excellent value
I got the Navigator kit (for the UK) free with my Treo 680. It's an excellent piece of kit. The mounting unit is quite large but it has always adhered perfectly to a variety of windscreens. The GPS unit is a little slow to pick up satellites initially (but then I do park under some large and dense trees). The directions are very good and the on-screen map is very clear. Some of the text on screen is a little small for driving but the major items are clear. My only criticism is that just once it had not realised I had reached my destination. Setup is simple though I have not really tried to get it to find a particular attraction. And (as far as I remember) I could not specify particular terminals at Heathrow airport.
