Great book with brilliant text, watch out for the illustrations. Mostly they are great but beware of the illustration of a FORWARD MILL CIRCLE! It shows the hands in a OVERGRIP instead of UNDERGRIP, which could result in injury to the gymnast. Mostly a brilliant book though.
