If it is too thick, heat again for a few more seconds. Do not over-heat (max 40c) otherwise you risk burning the skin. Spread the formual over the hair in a very THIN layer. Apply in the same direction as the hair growth. Place a fabric strip onto the formula and rub over the top. Pull of quickly AGAINST the direction of hair growth. When finished rinse off and add moisturiser if necessary.
