Excellent Bible Resource
I've read a few Bible versions and the Maxwell Leadership Bible (2nd Edition) is by far my favorite NKJV version! It has excellent leadership focus for individuals, highlighting the need to lead one's own life first (with applications on how to do this!) before attempting to lead anyone else's according to Christian principles. Personally, this has been the first Bible to actually help me understand how to apply Bible principles into current issues in my life. A MUST READ and EXCELLENT resource for any reader trying to link understanding the Bible and applying it into real-life situations!!!

Made relevant to contemporary times
I love this bible because John Maxwell includes practical and relevant learning pointsthat allow you to link biblical lessons to contemporary leadership and development issues. It has been the only bible I've been using for over 4 years now and i don't intend to change. I definitely recommend it.
