I wrote, illustrated, and mapped this book, so, really, everyone should buy it! It's an absolute must for WFRP, as it details religion in the Empire, a fundemental aspect of any character in the game.

Buy it. Love it. Smite the heathens.
An excellent addition to the range.

A further book covering the magic of the Old World, this one covers the religious cults out side of the followers of Chaos covered in the earlier Tome of Corruption.

Within this book you will find some very in depth discussions of the differences between the various cults, all of which is very useful to players of priests as well as GMs looking to give their NPC priests some more character. There is also a substantial section devoted to the various lesser known Templar orders along with the necessary information for playing them.

Much like the previous magic book this one has a plethora of new spells for each of the Divine Lores along with a few extra petty and lesser spells, and even a few totally new Divine Lores for the new Gods introduced in the book.

The illustration and cartography is excellent, an area that the WFRP books seem to be improving in with each new release. The writing in this book is also much improved, and the classic WFRP humour that has been a bit lacking in some previous volumes makes a strong stand here, I actually laughed out loud whilst reading this book.

All in all an excellent addition to the range, one I shall be using to futher the causes of Sigmar across the land.
