Bonkers is back!
Bonkers is back, but this time it's harder, faster and more energetic than ever before. Since the release of the first 'Bonkers' compilation in 1996, the Hardcore style has changed greatly not only in the size of its following, but its overall sound. Bonkers XI- Forevolution is not only the ultimate Hardcore compilation, but the most accurate display of 'what's hot' Hardcore around.
Bonkers veteran DJ Hixxy as usual is mixing up the most euphoric CD, with a harder feel than his Bonkers X mix. It features some heavy beats and hands-in-the-air synths, well textured tunes and even some old-style piano!
Sharkey, of course, keeps the tempo up in the 180 Beats Per Minute range, with his unique blend of harder, hard techno-flavoured Freeform Hardcore. For the die hard fan, there's even a remix of his album track 'Funk D'Hardcore'.
Finally, series newcomer Scott Brown is mixing the hardest and darkest tracks Hardcore has to offer. His mix features a selection of the most hard hitting kicks, the baddest ass basslines and the most advanced Hardcore sound around.
All in all, the greatest Bonkers album to be released to this day. Well worth it's price, I almost feel guilty for not paying more!
Bonkers XI
This album is all you would expect from a modern hard dance album, 3 cd's hixxy, sharkey and scott brown. the hixxy cd is typical hixxy, trancey with a slightly cheesy edge to it and plenty of vocals. the sharkey cd is full on bangin freeform, full of energy. the scott brown cd - by far the best one, is uk hardcore at its finest featuring floor fillers like brisk & ham's angel eyes. it gets harder and harder until its full on gabba! Quality album well worth buying.
harcore forever
well i have to say that they've done it again. Hixxy Sharky and Scott Brown have produced another amazing compilation. Hixxy is as good as ever. The last bonkers cd i didnt like Sharkeys as much but hes overcome that and done something absolutly amazing!Scott Brown is just as good! Whoever is thinking about getting this cd, dont think just buy. HARDCORE FOREVER
