Oh Happy Day!!5
Another stonker of a life manual from Michael! I didn't think that he could top "You Can Have What You Want" in my personal faves list, but this one stole the crown - I highly recommend it.

Just by his use of specific language, good feelings start to creep over you as you read, and I can guarantee at least one of his many stories will hit home and really start to open your happiness horizons to the many possibilities for joy in your own life.

A bright, entertaining, enjoyable read but stacked to the gills with really simple exercises that have a surprisingly heavyweight effect. I've not stopped smiling yet!!

Wow, what a great book. I read it in a day because I just couldn't put it down. If you're serious about understanding how to be happy then read this book! This was the first book on happiness I have read that actually gave me a sensible definition for what I had been searching for and then showed me how to find it, or rather choose it. The book is fun, easy to read, makes sense and full of experiments that will challenge you to explore what works for you. If you want to know how to get what you want in life then read Michael's first book 'You Can Have What You Want', but if you want to be happy while pursuing the journey to having what you want then read 'Feel Happy Now!'.

This book is an absolute must for anyone.

Personally, it made me re-evaluate my 'happiness scale' i now no longer think in terms of a scale of 1-10, but realise that there is no upper limit to our own personal scale of happiness.

Packed with easy to read, no nonsence, inspirationel stories, advice and excercises, i found Michael's style very easy to digest and take the 'excercises' into my everyday life.

You do not need to be 'depressed' to get something out of this book, you may think you are happy enough, but the content of this book can make you feel happier still.
