This is an excellent and comprehensive DVD guide to both coaching and playing cricket. With practical examples clearly illustrated by Bob and other top cricket professionals such as Jonty Rhodes and Gary Kirsten, all basic aspects of good cricket techniques are covered here. If u have THE BOB WOOLMER WAY 2005 do not buy this. It the same, just takes up more room as its now been split in to 3 dvds.But if u dont have 2005 its a good basic training set.Bob Woolmer, legend R.I.P.
