The best!
Since receiving this book, I've tried loads of the recipes, and found every one of them to be easy and most importantly, DELICIOUS. Since starting the lo-carb lifestyle, I've bought two lo-carb cookbooks, both highly recommended on several bulletin boards, and this is the one I use. Easy-to-find ingredients, clear instructions, individual carb counts for each ingredient, loads of variety, and most of the recipes are very easy to put together. Full marks all round.
