Rosemary's best effort
I feel that Rosemary has pulled together all her knowledge on this workout. It's the most effective one I've ever bought. I don't always find these easy, I'm usually on the wrong foot but I found I could master this and, boy was it worth it! You can feel your fat melting away. Great stuff, go and by this if you want to get rid of that fat on your hips and thighs that won't shift. This does the trick!

I got this just after christmas to help lose some of the gained pounds and it has been fab.

Its easy to work out to and follow and easy to skip to the next step.

There is no daft music and the pace is just right!!

I have been a diehard fan of RC's workouts over the years and being halfway to a 6 stone weight loss goal, I am swearing by this one - her latest.
I have tried other workouts but, if I'm completely honest, they're just too high impact for me and I can't keep up. If your used to bouncing around with limitless energy for an hour then this is probably not the DVD for you.
Shot in 10 minute segments, you can tailor the workout daily to your needs and what time you have free which is really useful. You can also choose to follow whichever person is working at the level best suited to your needs and this is invaluable - not least because it makes it accessible to people of all abilities but also because finding urself moving up a level is inspiring and really gives you that mental push.
As usual, the music is cheesy and the perma-smiles (Lucy especially, God love her...) can be a tad grating when ur sweating ur butt off but it has a feel-good vibe to it. Oh and look out for Colleen Nolan - she's the one hardly breaking a sweat...
