Important Information from Activity Superstore:

We're sure you're itching to get going and book a great experience for someone special. However, to avoid confusion or disappointment later, please read the following information carefully before buying and booking your activity, as it may materially affect your choice of experience.

Age, size and health restrictions - For safety reasons, some activities have certain size, age and health restrictions. Unless otherwise stated in the brochure or on the website, the minimum age for any activity is 14. You are required to notify Activity Superstore and/or the Supplier of any relevant medical condition. Our Customer Contact Centre can advise of any restrictions at the time of purchase and/or booking. Please call 0870 111 8283

Activity timings - Your day with Activity Superstore will be very exciting and you may welcome a breather along the way. Please note, however, that the activity timings are given as a guide only and you may be required to wait between different elements of the activity alongside other participants.

Vouchers - Your voucher must be presented on the day, in order to participate in the activity. Please make sure that you keep the voucher in a safe place because we regret that vouchers cannot be replaced if they are lost.

Vouchers are usually valid for nine months. The validity of the voucher is printed on the voucher. You must have booked and completed your activity by the date shown. We are happy to extend vouchers once only, for another six months, while still valid. A £15 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend the validity of your voucher in this way. If our brochure or website price has increased, you will also be required to pay the difference.

Exchanges - You may exchange the activity pack for one of the other activities in our brochure or from our website. A supplement will be payable if the chosen activity costs more than the original activity, but if your chosen activity is cheaper, we will hold the difference as a credit against another voucher. Should you exchange your voucher, both credit and exchanged voucher hold the original expiry date.

Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please call us within 14 days and we will happily arrange a full refund. If you choose to return the pack after this date, refunds will incur an administration fee of 25% of the cost of the voucher, with a minimum fee of £25. Refunds will be in the form of a cheque made payable to purchaser only and no interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds will be given no later than the expiry date of the voucher.

Cancellations - You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. We will do our best to fill your space and avoid supplier cancellation charges, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. Supplier cancellation policies vary. You will be advised by Activity Superstore if you can rebook through the cancellation cover. If you need to cancel your activity because of accident/ illness to you, or a death in your immediate family, it may be possible to re-arrange your activity on presentation of a medical or death certificate. Please contact Activity Superstore on 0870 111 8283 with full details of your particular situation.

If we cancel your activity, we will tell you as soon as possible, and do our very best to offer an alternative date or location. If specific celebrities or vehicles are featured but are not available on the day for reasons beyond our control, we will try to find the best possible replacement. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your activity at short notice and re-book you. We reserve the right to reschedule the timings or location of any activity owing to unavailability of the activity, insufficient numbers making the activity unavailable, and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to discontinue an activity, venue, or individual supplier at our own discretion. We will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative activity of the same value, however, if not we will refund your voucher in full. If you wish to exchange for an alternative activity of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference in price. We also reserve the right to make minor changes to your activity. Examples of minor changes include car specification, or order of activities on a particular day.

Weather - Some activities, notably flying, may be cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or for other reasons beyond our control. Your supplier information sheet will advise you if you need to call the supplier to check weather conditions or a flight information line before participating. If your event is cancelled because of the weather, you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend. Activity Superstore is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses incurred by you in attending an activity, which is cancelled for any reason.

Activity description and photography - We have tried hard to ensure that descriptions and illustrations used in this brochure and on our website are accurate, however, photographs are intended to give a general idea of the activity described, and do not form part of any contract between you and Activity Superstore.

Personal Accident insurance - £50,000 personal accident insurance is included free of charge. Full details of insurance cover are included in your activity pack. Please note that insurance is not available for activities that take place abroad.

These terms and conditions form the basis of a contract between us (Activity Superstore) and you (the purchaser). Details of how to book this activity are detailed within the voucher gift pack.

In case of problems - In the unlikely even of a problem with your activity, please speak to the supplier on the day, so they have the opportunity to resolve any problems. Any other complaints should be addressed to Activity Superstore, who will take up the problem with the supplier.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and Activity Superstore agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub-clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub-clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub-clause.

Spa Heaven
This activity certainly lives up to its title as I was definitely in spa heaven! I found the treatments really good and found the staff to be very friendly and professional. There was a gym but I spent most of my time relaxing in the pool and sauna. The whole day was pure indulgence and a real treat and I'd definitely recommend it
