A detailed plan to help you recover from RSI4
This book is an ideal introduction to the work of Dr John Sarno. It also provides a highly detailed plan that will help you recover from a multitude of chronic pain problems: back, neck, leg, arm and wrist pain. I created my own plan and it helped me recovered from RSI within a couple of months. Without this book I would still be searching for a solution to my pain - something the "traditional" medical establishment could not help me with. You owe it to yourself to at least try it.

I thought this book was amazing, I already knew about TMS, but this book takes TMS to a new level. I strongly recomend this read to anyone who is in constant pain, because it works.
