Terrible quality, no medical viewpoints, but might be useful
This DVD has no medical content, no scientific basis and looks like a poor, low generation VHS copy!

Tai Chi is a beautiful exercise and Chi Gung breathing is sure to help sufferers of any chronic ailment. However this is just like watching a Tai Chi class... If you want to watch a Tai Chi class, why not actually go to one, you'll get far more benefits!

In my mind, this DVD is a Tai Chi class with diabetes loosely tacked onto it, in order to promote sales, rather than well being. A far more balanced appraisal is the excellent Vision Health DVD, Diabetes: An Integrated Approach, also available on Amazon. This includes topics such as Tai Chi, Chi Gung, Breathing and Yoga, but also includes 14 world experts discussing approaches from homeopathy, acupuncture, massage, herbal medicine, exercise, stress, diet, environment, nutritional medicine, orthodox medicine and includes fascinating patient stories.
