Short on content-long on fillers
This is another follow-up book to "Cosmic Ordering " which caused such a stir several years ago ,before "The Secret" came out.It contains 2 useful Hawaian Huna techniques for changing your negative behaviours and empathising much more with other people.Unfortunately,the rest of the book is then filled with examples of people in their seminars using the techniques.
Worth looking at or borrowing but not good value for money.

Waste of time
I wish i hadn't bothered to buy this book. It took loads of pages when one would have done. the whole message of this book to ask yourself 'how have I created this sitaution in my life?' This was constantly repeated throughout the whole book. i thought there was going to be more to it than that. i felt very let down and the phrase 'milking it' came to mind. Had i have known, i wouldn't have bothered. Have a look in a high street book shop first to see if this is for you or you my find that you too have wasted your money.
