Deeply twisted
Following on from last year's offering, Twisted Disco 2009 offers a much deeper and darker insight into the current world of electro house.
Disc 1 has some house anthems in the making, in particular Vandalism's mix of the instantly recognisable 'Blue Monday' and the classic 'Finally' rejuvenated by Bart B More and Oliver Twizt. Straight after that is the slamming 'You Can't Hide From Yourself' remixed by Kid Massive and featuring the epic vocals of Kandi faithful Peyton.
Disc 2 starts with the eery chords of 'Day n Nite', this years most popular bassline track, this time exclusively remixed by the same DJ that electrified Robin S' Show Me Love last year - Mobin Master. Special mention must be made of 'Now you're Gone' with the vocals of Lisa Millet, because this is classic Hed Kandi but with enormous bass which I forsee being huge in the clubs this year.
All in all a storming effort- HK have definitely found their feet with this series, and unlike last year's TD, this is all killer no filler!

Twisted Kandi!
I was really looking forward to this since i heard about it a few weeks ago. The artwork is gorgeous as usual... Its a excellent collection of upfront electro house. The newcomers from Defected and Strictly ATFC - Give Me Luv, Juan Kidd & Lisa Millett are deep and sexy... while the new ATFC remix of Golden Girls - Kinetic is just MIND BLOWING!!! Its the perfect example of what you would find on a HK dancefloor late into the night.
The releases recently have been on top form... they just get tighter and tighter... this one is no exception... much better and more uniform than last years. 10/10

A friend of mine told me it was a good album and copied it to a memory stick for me. I have listened to it and loved every track on it so much so that I'm gonna by it for myself. Excellent Hed Kandi, dirty filthy tracks that get your spine tingling!!
