Hen Corner is a little bit of country life in London. We’ve got an overflowing kitchen garden, eleven fruit & nut trees, a small flock of hens and a new colony of bees. With a shed storing chutneys, preserves and our cider press; we’ve got big ambitions! You may not be as excited as us when we see the first spears of asparagus peeping through, but we know that they’ll be great with a home-made hollandaise… We are learning as we go and have found many of these books so helpful.
