The best cook book I have read in ages.
I have read many cook books in my time and this I must agree is the best. Not only are the recipies so straight forward to cook, the dishes will leave your mouth watering for more. I enjoyed sitting back and relaxing reading the hand full of poems that seperates each chapter. What you see is what you get with this book and as you are cooking the delicious reciples you can almost feel the Cypriot atmosphere. If you want a euthentic cook book I highly recommend purchasing this. I will give this 10 out of 10.

Thank you for producing a book at last with Cypriot Greek recipes, rather than from Greece! Quality photos showing how the dishes should turn out and a fine selection - from snacking to family feasts. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to revisit happy times on the blessed paradise isle of Cyprus.

My Review of "The Tasty Greek Recipes of Cyprus"!
When seeing this book on Amazon and having tasted Cypriot food many times is Cyprus made by my Cypriot friends, I couldn't wait to try get this book home to try some of the 'Tasty Greek's' recipes for myself, and to my delight when trying a few of the recipes in this book I was very impressed with the results. The 'Tasty Greek' has set this book out in such an easy to follow way and it is so clear in it's instructions that it is almost impossible to get any of these Greek Cypriot dishes wrong. Overall I think this is a great book and a brilliant idea as there aren't many alike, going into such detail of recipes. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in trying these meals for themselves. It gets a 10 out of 10 from me!
