Excellent Buy
Very imformative about the ways and means of making icecream. Ample recipes for icecream, sorbets and yoghurts plus well illustrated. A definite good buy and not the type of book that will end up at the car boot sale next year.

No more bought ice cream!
I have had impressive results from several recipes with lots of mmm's and arrrh's from guests. Definitely a book to keep to hand for those long sultry summer days - esp the recipe for Margarita sorbet!

The Ice Cream Machine Book
I purchased this book a while ago and am delighted with it. I had recently bought an ice cream machine and this was definitely just what I needed. Some superb recipes which are quite easy to follow, very clear and helpful advice and most attractive colourful illustrations. If you are seeking a book in this section you could not do better. I would have no hesitation in making this recommendation.
