Great sounding headphones
I've had these Pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones now for around 2 years and im quite happy with them.the sound quality is very good,and it has excellent bass responce.these are closed back headphones so they are especially good with djing.there are a couple of problems with these headphones though,the cable is a little short and they connection between earpiece and headband is prone to snapping..my headphones have snapped 6 times in 2 years in differant places around the joint between the headband and earpiece.i ve superglued them each time,only to break again in a differant place,and ive only used these for home use.. all in all great sounding 'phones,though if you're gonna get these make sure youve got some superglue handy,cos you're gonna need it. 4 out of 5.

Good sound bad build
I bought these in June 2009 its now October 2009 and they've just broken. Just picked them up and the right headphone just snapped clean off.

These have great sound and are pretty comfortable but why when spending more than £100 they dont have good build quality.

I dont rcomeend these purely as they wont last long.

Brilliant
I have to say these are great and i disagree with jones. I have had them for 7 months now and there is nothing wrong with them. They have certainly not snapped.

Audio is a 12 out of 10. Amazing headphones. Buy them if you are wondering about them. you will not regret it!
