Bigger than it looks
I bought this for my daughter after her school bag broke and she needed something new to keep her books in. The strap is adjustable so it can fit any size of body. The bag fastens with a velcro tab which means that the whole front of the bag has to come up to put something in it. This means you have to lay it on a table and can't put things in it while you are carrying it. It is very large and would easily fit an A4 binder in it.
