Frankly, not very good.1
Cheesy scenes of actors dressed up quoting soldiers, sensationalist use of zooming on still photos, a late-middle-aged subject matter expert dressed in modern day camo playing with a chromed Mills bomb, computer simulations that weren't state of the art in 1990. Maybe it'd be a good title to show to a class of 13 or 14 year old students, but it has little value to anyone interested in a more in-depth study.
By the copyright notices it also suggests that some (dare I suggest nearly all?) was from 1993 and it shows it.
