I have pre-ordered this book since March 2008 and been given at least six estimated delivery dates by Amazon and I am still waiting in October. I am starting to wonder if this book will ever be released by the publisher.

When is it actually coming out????
This book would be great, that is if they actually publish it and send it out eventually!!!!!

I have been waiting for this book now since January 2008 and it is now October and I am about to give up.

I have been given 4 estimated delivery dates now by email from Amazon and quite frankly wonder if this will ever be published.
