A must-have
Quite simply one of the best books I have bought this year. Who would have thought an unassuming pizza book would have changed my life, but it has! Recently I had a pre-fireworks party when 15 people landed on my doorstep expecting to be fed prior to us trundling off to a display. We created two trays of pizzas, (6 metres in total!!!) and sectioned them into various toppings to suit everyones' taste. The whole lot was gone within 15 minutes and three people (one a chef) have asked me how I make such terrific pizza. Those people have now got a book waiting for them under the Christmas tree, and I keep getting very strange looks in my local bookshop as I go back in to buy yet another copy to replace the one I have given away, so far it is the 7th copy I have bought, and counting!!!
