Fantastic stuff. Lee Haney taking time out to make this film abvout his routine as well as train a load of "amateurs", as he calls them.
This DVD really helped me on my own technique, as well as changing my routine. I thought I knew my stuff then. Compared to what I know after watching this, I knew nothing.

Great BodyBuilding DVD
If you like to throw weights around then this is for you. Lee Haney (as he calls himself in the 3rd person) is a likeable dedicated multi-Mr Olympia winner. This shows you the basics concentrating on form more than anything else. It takes you through the main muscles and associated workouts. The clips of hom with his spotter shouting "come on haney, eeeeasy weight now...two more..come on baby" are hillarious but they illustrate what it takes to get big. A genuine and entertaining DVD that one can only learn from.

The Lee Haney Way
Many people have the image of a bodybuilder as a musclebound moron. People like Lee Haney help dispel this myth. He is intelligent, articulate and funny.

The DVD also has some great tips and information imparted by Haney to the aspiring musclebuilder from one of the great masters.
