One of the best Iron Man Magazine DVDs
I own quite a few Iron Man DVDS...this one is truly great for both beginner and intermediate...maybe even advanced, to some degree. It shows you how to build power, size and explains positions of flexion. you'll also learn about muscle synergy. Highly recommended!
