Toning and Strength Building5
Although it says on the box that Gaby used this workout to get back her figure after having a baby it is a great workout for anyone who wants to build strength and tone up.

Generally when you a hear a workout dvd is just for toning up you think it's going to be easy but this one is definitely a tough workout.

It works on you trunk using moves that are similar to Pilates and then moves on to upper body using weights and lower body doing squats etc. I found this a really effective workout. There are a lot of intense moves that really work your muscles. I will definitely be using this dvd again.

The dvd is made up of sections so you can choose to do the full hour or just the warm up and cool down plus one section.

really effective programme4
This is probably the first home exercise programme I have ever tried that really leaves me with a post gym buzz. Very up-to- date exercises - no irritating routines that cause you to feel irritated and crash into furniture.

However a critizism I do have is that, as the mother of a two month old baby, there is no way I could have done this DVD while pregnant or just afterwards and I dont think they give enough advice on this. The good news is I will be able to use it forever - definatly not just post-natal

how can you lose baby weight with out cardio!?4
I have recently had a baby girl and i'm obviously eager to get back in shape. Before getting pregnant i attended a gym at least 3 times a week and was looking to re-create this as best as i could at home. I found this work out challenging in parts and it certainly makes you think about the all important pelvic floor (but i challenge anyone to hold it as long as a whole set of an excercise). It also has three different levels to follow for each excercise which means it should stay challenging for some time. however it lacks completely in any cardio work out which i expected (not that it states it on the box) but to get results like gabby's surely you would need some fat burning? perfect for those who want to feel the burn but don't like getting out of breath. just not for me personally.
