Synopsis
This book takes its readers on a journey into the very heart of the hunt for viruses - to the key experiments originally performed to prove that these invisibly small particles are the cause of diseases previously blamed on toxins or bacteria and into the latest research. It sheds light on the extraordinary assumptions that underlay much of this research - and on the vaccines that developed from this. The author, an investigative journalist who has researched and produced investigative films for the BBC, American and Australian television, was asked by parents with children severely ill after vaccination, to discover if the medical authorities were hiding anything from them. She agreed, but had no idea how long this search would take. She expected at best to uncover a small degree of contamination. On the ensuing decade-long journey of discovery, she learnt it is not just the added mercury that we have to worry about. She discovered that the top government scientists admit to colleagues that vaccines are contaminated with viruses from chickens, humans and monkeys, with RNA and DNA fragments, with 'cellular degradation products', and possibly 'oncogenes and prions.' They report alarmingly that it is impossible to commercially purify vaccines. They express great concerns, but the public is not told despite the possible consequences for long-term public health. A recent US court decision has linked autism with vaccine contamination. The author cites her sources by name - and gives references and Internet links where they are available. I She reveals evidence that the World Health Organisation has discovered the MMR vaccine is contaminated with chicken leukosis virus, but has decided not to tell the public of this, and to continue to make the vaccine with eggs from contaminated chickens. She reports US biowarfare researchers tried to create new agents to destroy our immune systems - and worked on a bacterium to make it a hospital superbug. Did they manage to create HIV? A senior professor told her that the vaccine program was so contaminated that HIV might well have spread though it without any need for military intervention. She set out to find the evidence to resolve this, and to learn how HIV apparently spread so far and fast.She needed to know more about this virus so went to the foundation research widely held today to have found HIV and proved it caused AIDS. She was then rocked to discover that this same research was investigated for scientific fraud for a five year period by powerful US scientific institutions and by Congress,. Why is this not widely known? She found their reports and discovered they found major errors in this research, some so serious that these made it impossible to repeat these experiments and thus to verify them! She reveals the evidence unearthed - reproducing key documents so the reader can assess them for themselves. This is explosive material. In the final part of this book the author reports recent research that is revolutionising biology and offering much hope for the future. These new developments shed new light on the relationships between our cells and viruses. They are not necessarily enemies. Readers may find these new developments radically change the ideas they have held about viruses since childhood. A MUST READ for all those interested in vaccines, HIV and AIDS
I would like to congratulate Janine Roberts on this incredible piece of investigative journalism. I would also like to thank her for summarising key scientific evidence pertaining to childhood vaccines and 'HIV' in a way that is accessible and fascinating to a lay person like myself. I have no scientific background but have learned a great deal about viruses, retroviruses, molecular biology and cellular evolution as a result of reading the evidence presented here.

I am also grateful that I have read this book as now I have the confidence and information to challenge the views of GP's who question why I do not want to have the children vaccinated. I have long been sceptical of the Western health practitioners' reliance on drugs manufactured by profit making companies. The evidence presented in this book has confounded my worst fears and revealed a health scandal that is a disgrace to the scientific community and Public Health Authorities internationally.

It's time this information was brought to the public's attention and I commend Janine Roberts for getting this published and presenting an extremely well referenced, academic study of the facts. This book is truly an incredible achievement and I will be urging all my friends and family to read it for the benefit of their health.

Afraid of Viruses, including 'Swine Flu'? Read This Book!
Some people might find this a difficult book to read, as it is packed with information which might be hard to digest for those without a scientific background.

Having said that, it is extremely informative and presents an overwhelming picture of how the medical cartel and governments have agreed to ignore the fraudulent 'scientific' evidence upon which the $190 billion research market in AIDS has been built.

Janine Roberts demolishes the equation HIV = AIDS = Death, and leaves you wondering if HIV really has been isolated and if it exists at all.

I was amazed to see the facsimilies of the original Gallo draft 'Science' papers which he so obviously falsified from Popovich's drafts.

The section on how vaccines are made (and the associated problems of monkey and 'other' virus contamination) was shocking. Although I was already aware, from other authors, about the 'Polio' epidemics which were really the results of lead arsenate and DDT poisoning, the sheer lack of scientific discipline and rigor on the part of the vaccine 'researchers' and manufacturers is breathtaking.

Its about money and politics, folks, not about truth or health.

Given the current infatuation with 'Swine Flu' (a few months ago it was Avian Flu, before that SARS, in 1976 'Swine Flu'!) this is a very relevant book.

Another epidemic that never was, another panic, another surge in the sales turnover: How many billions have been spent in the last month alone on stockpiling dubious anti-viral drugs? Why? Fear of the Invisible.

Don't fear the invisible, read the book and take charge of your own health!

PLEASE READ THIS BOOK BEFORE HAVING CHILDREN IMMUNISED!
Even those who are absolutely convinced of the efficacy and safety of vaccines will be shocked and converted on reading this book. Until a year and a half ago, I was always the first to get myself vaccinated for whatever was going. I started worrying a little about the Vitamin K vaccine for my baby though when I was pregant because I had read that there was research suggesting links between it and the onset of childhood leukemia.

A doctor friend brushed this off saying that lots of Dept of Health research had since dismissed this as being untrue. But the more I read, the more I worried.

After reading "Baby Matters", I opted for the oral dose of Vitamin K and avoided vaccination. I was told the oral dose was not available but when I refused the vaccine, they miraculously did produce it in the labour ward!

Anyway, then I became a little worried about having my baby immunised but was set to go ahead and then spoke to an osteopath who hadn't had his baby vaccinated. He recommended seeing a homeopath who specialises in immunisation advice who simply advised further reading and most importantly, told me there was no rush. They do not have to have these vaccines at any particular time - so do not get rushed into it, take your time and do your research - and then make your own mind up about what you want to do.

The shocking thing is, as shown in "The truth about medicine", that we presume that the whole of the medical profession cannot be wrong, that our doctors would not recommned these jabs if there were large risks, etc. but they act on received wisdom and few GPs have the time to research this for themselves or think it is necessary to do so. It should also be remembered that GPs are implementers of MoH health policy at the end of the day. I have read a lot now...Vaccination Yes or No, The truth about Vaccines, How to have a healthy child in spite of your doctor, How to bring up a vaccine-free child, and this book. They all have lots of useful info but this is the one that will finally set my mind at rest as it goes further than any of the others by really going back to the drawing board and asking some very basic but essential questions...with startling results!

Ultimately, the health of my son is all I care about and I have seen vaccine-damaged children amongst peers - they are still up and running but their immune system is depleted and they look like little ghosts. So if you are looking at these reviews because you are wondering whether to buy this book because you have a niggling fear, Please buy it and read it before you do anything as it will really help you to make an informed decision. Jan Roberts considers our children simply SURVIVE immunization because actually our immune systems are thankfully pretty strong....although obviously the long-term consequences of immunization are still unknown. She exposes the common belief that I certainly had that these vaccines are a little bit of virus in a sterile solution - think monkey viruses, extremely high doses of aluminium which the WHO says could affect the nervous system of children, etc.

Consider this quote from Robert Mendelsohn, M.D., author of How to Raise a Healthy Child..."The greatest threat of childhood diseases lies in the dangerous and ineffectual efforts made to prevent them through mass immunization.....While the myriad short-term hazards of most immunizations are known(but rarely explained) NO ONE knows the long-term consequences of injecting foreign proteins into the body of your child.
