Excellent printer at an affordable price5
I bought this printer after trying to buy a new cartridge for my exisiting photosmart printer and finding out that it was cheaper to buy a new printer than buy 2 cartridges . . . madness . . . anyway, the setup was easy enough and smooth, no issues on a vista enabled laptop.

The manual isn't that helpful and/or easy to understand if you want to use the wifi features. If you want to use WIFI, sfter installing everything using the usb cable, you need to start the disk up again and click on the network setup (still with the cable plugged in) follow the on screen instructions, let the install find your network and complete . . . but then, which the manual doesn't say, is go into your network panel and add the printer as another device.

Other than that small problem with installing, I am very very please with the cost, quality of print and features of the printer.

excellent printer5
I brought this printer even after reading some negative reviews and I am really glad I ignored them because I found it incredibly easy to install I followed the instructions to the "T" and found it works great by the way I am 70 if I can do it anyone can

Great!5
Printer is a nice size, works perfectly well, was a breeze to setup, has a nice interface for copying without a PC & looks very nice!

Id say there were only two things ive found so far:
1. The installation takes AGES to install all the software & its not obvious if you can just install the drivers and nothing else
2. During setup, when you select that you will connect via the network, it comes up to say that it cant find your Printer, and then you have to click on NEXT before it THEN prompts you to temporarily put in the USB cable.

Was still very easy to set up wirelessly, which was a relief!
