Customer Reviews

DON'T BUY THIS CARTRIDGE (HP 342 COLOUR) ONLY 5MLS OF INK!!!!!!!!!2
When Hp sell you a new printer they supply a Hp 342 (c9361ee) colour and a Hp 336 (c9362ee) black cartridge. Well these cartridges only hold 5mls of ink each which is written in really really small writing on the back of the cartridge boxes. For higher yield cartridges the colour cartridge what you really need is the Hp 343 which holds 7mls of ink or the high yield Hp 344 which holds 14mls of ink. There is a company that I use (advantage online) which stock a British premium compatible 343 which holds 21mls of ink and a 344 British premium compatible that hold 24mls of ink. Hp make their money out of selling you a very good printer but then sell you cartridges that have hardly any ink in them (336 & 342).
Don't fall into the HP trap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DITTO!!!!!1
I totally concur with the previous reviewer (Mr Austen). I was duped by the HP sell. I always wondered why my ink cartridges seem to run dry far sooner than those on my previous older printer. I tried to locate compatibles, but it seemed HP had scuppered that corner of the market, too.

So in the end, I, too, went to the recommended company (Advangtage online) and found them helpful and courteous. I received my premium compatible cartridges the very next day (post free) and yep - they are full to the brim and work like a dream. Bravo Advantage! (And thanks to Mr Austin for a very practical and money-saving heads up. See his review).

HP = great printers, cack ink cartidges!

Advantage1
As the previous two reviews state the Advantage Online cartridge is better value. I have just purchased one for an HP C3100 and it works brilliantly.
