Not the advertised product.
This is not the genuine HP product as described and shown in the picture but some sort of refurbished or equivalent product. The suppliers blame Amazon for the misrepresentation, but do offer to refund if you send it back.
Not the original HP Product!
The description is very misleading- it states a new HP print cartridge and also shows the photo of a genuine HP cartridge. However what you get is the re-manufactured version. Not very happy.
Poor Quality
The spring loaded guard was missing from the cartridge and the print isn't really black, more of a dark grey.
