Customer Reviews
Good & difficult
The book is very detailed, and has a lot of proof of everything it says (references) but it sometimes becomes to much. However, it is understandable as there really isn't any proof for HR-OP, but still. The book covers all impacts of HR and is a very good book when it comes to length, cases studies & figures.
